We have been in business as Heritage Property Management since June, 2019 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the past year we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

We believe in “Clients First,” and Heritage Property Management will provide you with the knowledge and resources needed to convert your home into a rental investment property. Alexandra Christman, CPM - Team Leader

Heritage Property Management is led by Alexandra Christman, CPM, who brings 35+ years of Property Management experience and is known for integrity and results. She believes in partnering with our owners and brings a genuine enthusiasm for property management along with a full commitment to service.

Being named a Top Property Manager in 1983, 1984,1985, and 1991 and then the first Leadership Coach for KW International, Alexandra's leadership skills as well as her dedication to excellence will enhance your experience with Heritage Property Management, knowing you have her and her team on your side.
